I row on the erg almost seven days a week and the resultant lower back sore became just noticeable enough to disturb sleep. Compounded with my sitting posture in front of my desk for 10+ hours a day, that yielded neck pain which sometimes devolved into headache on a bad day, or just made me very conscious of my tense neck and shoulder on good ones. That's where Justine came into the picture. I had no prior experience with any body work like physio or osteopathy. The process is straightforward enough but the result is surprisingly inspiring and corrective, all done in a calming environment of Justine's office. My back pain was quite practically gone after a few sessions, restoring me to some peaceful nights of sleep. Then during these sessions, a few more hot spots of tension revealed themselves during what I can only imagine was Justine's precautionary routine. And discover she did, my stomach and even my breathing were subjected to a fair amount of stress, all without my knowledge. Of course Justine got me covered there too. But the discovery said more about my mind than my body in a certain way. And this is sort of what I am trying to get at: you walk into Justine's calming and simple office, thinking you have Objective X to achieve, it is more likely you walk out with more than just a lighter-feeling body, but with a lighter mind as well. It worked like magic for me. As of this writing, we have been working on my bruxism and it's already showing result. Can't recommend her enough! Thanks Justine for the work. And for the chats!

Une ostéopathe très sympa, à l'écoute et qui travaille avec beaucoup de douceur. J'y suis allée pour des tensions dans la nuque accompagnées de maux de tête ; après 2 séances mes douleurs ont disparues... et en plus ça a joué sur mes insomnies!
