My wife DIanne and I arrived in Paris in August after a very long flight from Australia. My wife suffers from neck and back pain at the best of times but the floght made it so much more uncomfortable. Our hotel reception organized an appointment for my wife very quickly with Mathilde. We were able to walk there as it is centrally located. Mathilde was able to totally alleviate all the pain my wife was enduring and we were able to have a great time in Europe. Mathilde was also readily able to converse in English which was important as my wife doesn't speak French and I have basic level only. Next time we fly to Paris we will book in an appointment with her at the start of our holidays especially if going on coach yours.
